NEW PLAYERS WELCOMED.......IF YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER, PLEASE FOLLOW NERVA ONLINE REGISTRATION 

Waiver and Release Forms as well as Tryout Fee must be paid before being fitted for uniforms and before uniforms are ordered.

If you have not registered under the NERVA Online Registration, Please do so.  You must bring a 
SIGNED COPY of the Waiver Release Form and two notarized medical forms

Teams are still being formed.  All NEW PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO join
 
Tryout Fee:  $15--a parent/guardian over the age of 21 must be present to fill out insurance and medical forms. 
PROOF OF RESIDENCY AND COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE ARE REQUIRED

Checks Made Payable to RI Starlings.

EVERY PLAYER is required to participate in fundraising efforts to help pay for the tuition.
