PRACTICE:  CANCELLED Sunday, May 10 due to Mother's Day.....Happy Mother's Day to all Moms!!

If you are going to participate in the AAU tournament as well as the Penn State trip, YOU MUST attend practice this week and next to attend.  If Coach B does not hear from you, she will assume you are not going AND......... 
PLEASE CONTACT COACH B IF YOU NEED A RIDE to practices.  There is no excuse not to attend......

 NEW PLAYERS WELCOMED.......IF YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER, PLEASE FOLLOW NERVA ONLINE REGISTRATION --DO NOT PAY!
RI STARLINGS WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT PORTION OF THE REGISTRATION!!! 


Waiver and Release Forms as well as Tryout Fee must be paid before being fitted for uniforms and before uniforms are ordered.

PLEASE GO BACK to LOGIN OR  REREGISTER, IF NECESSARY, AND CHECK THESE AREAS:  PULL DOWN INDICATING 
RI STARLINGS AS YOUR CLUB----
A COPY OF THE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM MUST BE PRINTED OUT, SIGNED AND HANDED IN AT PRACTICE.  THE TEAM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IN THE FIRST TOURNAMENT IF THIS IS NOT DONE BY ALL PLAYERS

If you have not registered under the NERVA Online Registration, Please do so.  You must bring a 
SIGNED COPY of the Waiver Release Form and two copies, notarized, of the medical form 
to the next practice.

Teams are still being formed.  All NEW PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO join
 
Tryout Fee:  $10--a parent/guardian over the age of 21 must be present to fill out insurance and medical forms. 
PROOF OF RESIDENCY AND COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE ARE REQUIRED
